Jace Selsor joined the Oredigger baseball coaching staff as a student assistant in the fall of 2019.
Selsor's addition to the staff follows a four-year, record-setting career at Mines. During that time, he etched his name in the Orediggers' record book 29 times including the #1-spot for career hits (279), career at-bats (777), career total bases (435) and multiple single-game records. The San Antonio native also bosts the 2018 ABCA/Rawlings National Gold Glove at first base. Over his last two seasons, he helped Mines earn back-to-back berths in the NCAA Tournament - the first national tournament bids in program history. Selsor graduated in May of 2019 with a degree in mechanical engineering and currently coaches while pursuing an advance degree.
