Starting pitcher for the Orediggers making 13 starts with 15 appearances ... Finished the season 10-3 overall with two saves, four complete games ... Posted a 4.30 ERA with 98 strikeouts in 88.0 innings of work ... Broke the program's single-season and career records for wins ... Ranked 11th in the nation in total wins ... Top performance of the year was a 7.0-inning, complete-game shutout of MSU Denver (5/3) in which he surrendered just one hit and struck out 10 batters ... Also struck out 13 batters against Dixie State (5/10) in the RMAC Tournament ... Posted a 3.29 ERA with 70 strikeouts in 68.1 innings of work ... Started the season 9-0 in his first nine starts ... Broke the single-season pitching wins record ... Tossed  two complete-game victories ... Struck out 12 batters against Colorado Mesa (4/27) ... Top start was his first of the season against CSU-Pueblo (3/10), throwing 5.0 shutout innings with just two hits and 10 strikeouts.

2017: RMAC Pitcher of the Week (3/21) … One of the top freshman hurlers in the RMAC, going 5-2 in 11 starts with a 4.45 ERA … Struck out 47 in 56.2 innings of work … Threw a combined shutout against Adams State, striking out a career-high 10 in 6.1 innings of work … Led the Mines starting rotation in ERA.

High School: A four-year varsity letterman for MNHS... as a senior, posted a 6-2 record with a 0.99 ERA in 70 innings...recorded 114 strikeouts to only 29 walks... was named 5A District 10 Pitcher of the Year... also recognized as Team MVP and Pitcher of the Year... participated in the Texas HS All-Star game... named Second-Team All-District in 2015... During that season he had a 1-1 overall record with three saves in 26 1/3 innings of work... toted a 2.12 ERA and a 1.36 WHIP with 29 strikeouts to only six walks... a National Honor Society member and Academic All-State.
