Biography

2020: Started 20 games including 12 behind the plate, six at first base, and two at DP in the shortened 2020 season … Hit .246 out of the middle of the order with 10 RBI, a home run, two triples, and four doubles … Scored eight runs … Slugged .415.

2019: Honorable Mention All-RMAC … Appeared in 47 games with 45 starts at catcher and DP … Hit .313 and slugged .448 … Drove in 22 RBI with 13 runs scored, 12 doubles, and two home runs among 42 hits … Walked 18 times … An outstanding defensive catcher with a .990 fielding percentage in 191 chances to go with nine baserunners caught stealing.

2018: Team’s Rookie of the Year … Started 44 games, beginning at catcher and DP before taking over first-base duties … Hit .333 as a true freshman, driving in 26 RBI with 20 runs, 14 doubles, and seven home runs … Drew 21 walks to only 18 strikeouts … Had a .434 OBP … Stole three bases … Had a .957 fielding percentage.
