Dixie Cirillo finished her 25th year at the Colorado School of Mines in 2015-16. Cirillo currently serves as the Associate Director of Athletics, Compliance Coordinator and Senior Women's Administrator.
With Cirillo's help, the Mines Department of Athletics captured its first-ever RMAC All-Sports Cup Championship in 2011-12 as well as an 10th-place finish in the 2012-13 Learfield Sports Directors' Cup Standings. Mines finished 18th in the rankings in 2010-11, 2011-12 and 15th in 2009-10.
Prior to her appointment in the athletic department in 2002, Cirillo spent one year in the cashier's office (1991-92) and 13 years (1992-2005) as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at CSM. Cirillo, who divided her time between financial aid and athletics from 2002 to 2005, was also named Assistant Director of Athletics upon her full-time appointment in the athletic department.
Cirillo, who graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Marketing, competed on the swimming & diving team for two years during her prep career at Arvada High School.
Cirillo was recently appointed to the NCAA Membership Committee. She received her master's degree in Management from Colorado State University.
Cirillo and her husband, Russell, reside in Arvada with their daughter, Page, and son, Mark.
