Leslie Seymour enters her eighth season on staff with the Colorado School of Mines women's basketball team in 2020-21.

A Littleton native, Seymour came to Golden following a seven-year stint, including six seasons as the top assistant, at CSU Pueblo. In her final year, she helped lead the ThunderWolves to a program-best 21-7 record and their fourth trip to the NCAA Division II Tournament.

Primarily responsible for recruiting, player skill development and organization of team travel during her tenure, Seymour aided CSU Pueblo to three RMAC titles and a combined record of 118-58.

A four-year letterwinner for the ThunderWolves during her playing career, Seymour was a main figure in CSU Pueblo’s run to the 2006 RMAC Championship and first-ever trip to the NCAA postseason. She ended her career as the program's all-time leader in games played – a record that has since been surpassed.

A graduate of the NCAA Women's Coaches Academy and current member of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association, Seymour served as co-advisor of the CSU Pueblo Student Athlete Advisory Committee for seven years.

Seymour earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from CSU Pueblo in 2006.

She and her husband, Wade, reside in Lakewood.
