WHAT'S ON THE DOCKET
Colorado School of Mines women's basketball team enters a big week of competition as it heads to New Mexico Highlands Thursday before hosting CSU-Pueblo Saturday with a chance to grab a share of first place in the RMAC standings. The Cowgirls of Highlands are currently 13th in the league with a RMAC mark of 2-9 and overall record of 4-12. A win for Mines in Las Vegas, N.M. will extend NMHU's losing streak to seven games. CSU-Pueblo sits atop the RMAC standings at 9-2 in conference play and 11-6 overall. However, the ThunderWolves have dropped two-straight road games and the Orediggers will look to make it three.

THE WEEKEND THAT WAS
Mines took a two-game road trip over the mountains last week, falling to Colorado Mesa 46-63 Friday before beating Western State 64-55 Saturday. Anna Kollmorgen led the Orediggers with 15 points against the Mavericks. However, CMU made 10 3-pointers to Mines' one as the Mavericks pulled away in the second half. It was Elizabeth Tomon leading the way against Western state with a career-high 21 points. The Orediggers forced 23 turnovers from the Mountaineers and made six 3-pointers to overcome 31-percent shooting from the floor.

KNOW YOUR HISTORY
Mines and NMHU have faced off 60 times in program history and the Orediggers are 27-33 in the all-time series. Despite that deficit, Mines has won five-straight against the Cowgirls with the last two coming by a combined margin of 124-92. The Orediggers have faced CSU-Pueblo 53 times total and sit 18-35 in the all-time series. Mines' last win over the ThunderWolves came Feb. 20, 2016 in a 63-52 road victory.

FANTASTIC FOUR
The quartet of Nicole Archambeau, Emily Bailey, Anna Kollmorgen and Elizabeth Tomon have started all 16 games for Mines this season. Archambeau and Bailey are both scoring in double digits with 13.3 and 11.9 points per game, respectively. Kollmorgen is dishing out 4.0 assists per contest while Tomon is shooting 46.6-percent from the floor. Archambeau also averages 10.2 rebounds per game to lead the team and the RMAC.

RMAC LEADERS
As a team, Mines continues to lead the RMAC on the boards this season, generating 43.8 total rebounds per game, over two better than the next best team. The Orediggers also lead the league in defensive rebounding at 30.9 boards per game. Individually, Nicole Archambeau leads the RMAC with 10.2 rebounds per game including a league-best 137 defensive boards. Archambeau is the only RMAC player averaging a double-double so far this season. Emily Bailey is tied for third in the league with 1.3 blocked shots per game and Anna Kollmorgen sits tied for fifth with her 4.0 assists per contest.

ON THE AIR
The RMAC opened the new year with the announcement that five Colorado School of Mines basketball games were selected to air on Comcast Entertainment Television in February. Mines' home doubleheaders against Regis on Feb. 2 and Fort Lewis on Feb. 16 will have both the women's and men's games televised, while Mines' men's game at MSU Denver on Feb. 24 will also air on CET. As a result, all five game times have changed; the two home doubleheaders will now be 5 p.m./7 p.m. tip-offs changed from 6 p.m./8 p.m., while the men's game at MSU Denver is pushed back to a 7:30 p.m. start time from 7 p.m.
